Each week children will learn different form of art. Here is the example of what will be taught during the classes -
Day 1 : SUMMER SEALIFE
Learn to draw BC's undersea life from whales to brightly coloured sea stars. We will learn what lives in tidal pools when tides pull the ocean back from our beaches.
Day 2 : FANTASY FORESTS
We will be acrylic painting the flora and fauna of our forests. We will learn what lives beneath the branches of our BC rainforests.
Day 3 : CRITTER COLLAGE
Cut, paste, tape, glue paint! We will build collages of BC's most famous wildlife; bears, wolves, salmon, to name a few.
Day 4 : WILDFLOWERS
We will paint the BC's edible plants and learn what health benefits those plants hold. Edible and healing plants has been used by indigenous communities since time immemorial
